Description
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a repair or manufacturing environment setting up Quality Management Systems for a start-up operation. We require excellent attention to detail to develop and manage internal monitoring of production processes. This position will work with customers to ensure expectations are met. The candidate will also work with other intercompany shops to align procedures across the facilities.
Your Profile
Bsc/BA degree in Business Administration from a reputable university
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant Quality Management experience
Experience implementing ISO 9000 / 9001
Data analysis and statistical aptitude
Excellent verbal and statistical aptitude
Highly conscientious and diligent
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages
Ability to speak German will be an advantage
Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
Proficient in MS Office suite
Your Responsibilities
Understanding specification requirements and customer expectations
Set-up and maintain quality control processes according to required standards
Root Cause analysis and QIS administration for quality incidents
Quality control of outgoing parts visual and with certificate of treatment
Regular process audits and process change implementation stability checks
Data defect collection implementation on running production and PG Ensure
Establishment of a system for regular non-destructive testing equipment control and adjustment
Hiring and supervision of quality department staff and monitoring their performance and effectiveness
Ensure repairs are performed with adherence to legal and safety standards
Set up effective monitoring systems of raw materials to ensure specifications are met
Evaluating internal repair processes and the final output to ensure standards are met
Meeting with customers to gather feedback
Gathering data to provide internal statistical reports in production non-conformances, scrap and cost for upper management
